Question about returning T-mobile cell phone ?

I just bought a nice Nokia cell phone thru T-mobile today. I got home and everything seems fine except the fact that I get no signal at my house. I may return it, since I have 14 days to do so.

My question is, will I get nailed with some bogus restocking fee or another fee for doing this?

Will they give me problems?

Answers:

sounds like the exact plan i got through wal-mart tmobile i had the same 14 days to return and get out of the contract.well i didnt want to get out of the contract however i did return the phone for a different one and i didnt pay a thing.its totally honest..no hidden charges...not even if you breakt he contract in those 14 days it depends on the store you bought it from. best idea is to give them a call. if you explain your situation and be civil about it they%26#39;ll probably help you out. Jason,

I have a T-Mobile phone account set up. They can%26#39;t charge you for not having a signal! You need to take the phone back to where you bought it and have them fix the problem for you. I have never had any problems with T-Mobile so far, they have always been really good to me and very helpful. Let me know if you have any more questions, I will try to do my best to answer them. Give me a jingle any time Jason, You have been very helpful in the past and I need help right now with a major computer issue I have had for a few days. Please let me know you are available to help me out. Good Luck with the phone! robpegbka@yahoo.com no they shouldnt give you any problems about returning the phone within those 14 days and there shouldnt be any bogus restocking fee and after all t-mobile saids in their contract that you can return the phone within 14 days from the day you purchased it
