Phone blocked.?

i blocked my phone before and now need my PUK number im with O2 contract does anyone know the number i ring to get my PUK number? i cant find any of my books with the phone numbers in!!

it tells you here what to do good look that wont be the puk code, just ring up 118118 and ask for o2 customer services then they will ask online or pay as you go and then just ask them and they will give it to you.
