Please help me out. My wife and I being an overseas workers,got into contract with O2 through cwh on pay monthly but after a year out of 18 mounth were made to leave the UK due to unplanned work permint related issue, We don%26#39;t use it anymore what are the possible ways of termination of the contract ? E-mailed CWH -unaswered.

you may have to pay up the remainder of your contract,try ringing or calling into a branch well you would usually be charged the line rental for the rest of the contract there isn%26#39;t really any clauses contracts of this type are like finance you get the phone free and the price is included in the line rental over the 18 months however if your not living in the uk and decided not to pay i think it would be very difficult for them to find you Have you taken out insurance with them?
On the insurance package i had, i was able to cancel my contract after 6 months.
