Samsung File Manager?

I am currently at work and I have brought my Samsung D600 mobile in and data cable with me so that I can charge up my moblie - however I have plugged it in but it won%26#39;t charge up and I don%26#39;t have the file manager software installed for my mobile! Do you know if there is anywhere I can download it now?
