Go onto the o2 website and hit the Contact us button...they will email you within 24 hours with the answer. You fell into the "cash back " trap. you need to read your contract - better still phone them up - and get someone to explain it.. They hope that you have chucked all your paperwork you got with the phone away... so they can wriggle out of giving you the cashback,

Change over to 3 - they have got some good deals and no tricky paperwork. depends which network, usually you have to send away the phone bill for the month of the refund, the details will be on the original statement you got when you bought the phone with the slip required to get refund. I just seen is was O2, its the onestopshop, dont know address Where did you buy the phone from?

Check your receipt it should tell you what date %26 the address you claim your money back.
