Put a hold on my cell phone account.?

I was wondering if i can put a hold on my contract for a few months.

For 2 reasons I would like to save a little money and that i am also leaving for the army in 2-3 months.

Answers:

call and ask for a temporary suspention of your account. I know at%26t will do it but still charge 10 a month to keep the line active. Of course if you use the phone when its suspended, the suspention is cancelled. Call your service provider and ask about it.
