i live in america, and have a quadband phone. I was wondering that will my phone signals be affected in any way if i set my phone network to quadband? i know that the network for america is gsm 850/1900. I%26#39;m just curious to why there is two options for me to choose. Why don%26#39;t they just have one option for users to select--which is the quadband option-- because the quadband network allow users to get signal everywhere in the world including america.
P.S. i tried to setting my phone on both network and i don%26#39;t really see the difference.
