How can you get the Samsung D900i to save pictures to the memory card instead of the phone memory and also to give the pictures proper file names such as DSC170807 (Where the time and date the picture was taken gives that picture a unique file name).

I have the D900.
I think you have to move the files after you have taken them, which is pretty simple to do.
Renaming them is just as simple.
If you go to;
Menu %26gt; My Files %26gt; Images %26gt; My Photos.
Find the picture you want, and then select options. Option 6) is to move it, and the memory card is an option. Option 9) is the re-name option.
Don%26#39;t know if it%26#39;s exactly the same for the D900i though. is there not a setting within the camera settings to save photo to card as default ?
if you highlight the file then go to options, there should be an option to rename. do so then save.
