Samsung Z320i?

i have two samsung Z320i%26#39;s i also have the unlocking codes which i got from o2 who got them from samsung. the problem is when i insert a sim from another network the display reads Phone Restricted and will not except any inputs from the key pad. if you can give any help how to use the unlocking codes this will be great as my daughter will stop nagging me for one of the phones.thanks.help.

if the code begins with a *# then enter the code without a simcard inside and if its just number eg 12 then enter a non accepted sim card and then wait until it says enter code this can take upto 2 hours depending on how many times you entered the incorrect code
