I just got a red samsung sync today from At%26T and the side keys won%26#39;t work. Can someone tell me how to get them to work. I don%26#39;t know if I have to unlcok them somehow. PLease help!!

Are you trying to press them with the phone closed? If you are, then you have to hold one of the side keys down for about 3 seconds to "wake up" the phone. Samsung did this to keep you from accidentally starting the camera or media player while the phone%26#39;s in your pocket.
If the phone%26#39;s open, then the side buttons should work instantly. If not, then you should be able to exchange your phone for another.
