I want to forward all of my mobile calls to a different phone number with the exception of one special number. Is there a mobile service provider that offers this? If not, is there an application I can download to my celluar phone that can make this happen?

No dear nothing as such as far as i know. Best thing is to check up with the customer care service. Thats a best option in my opinion...
