Ringtones on iPhone?

Has anyone ever used the program Pix%26#39; n Tunes to get ringtones on your iPhone? The description at Best Buy claim to be able to put any ringtone you want onto your iPhone as a ringtone. Just wanted to make sure it actually worked before I bought it.
