help plz i ordered a samsung e900 on contract from da carfone warehouse bout 2 weeks a go.(2 weeks from now out 7:30pm)and i still havnt recieved it .y?they sed they dun recorded delivery and it wood b recieved within 2 to 3 days but its bin 2 weeks now.y havnt i recieved it??has any1 bin in da same situation??if so plz help,thanx luv ya all xxxx

Carphone Warehouse should be able to give you a contact number and/or a reference number for the carrier. I had this problem a few years ago when I was told my phone was somewhere between Gatwick and my home!?! Perseverence finally got the phone delivered but I had to keep on at the carrier, the Carphone Warehouse didn%26#39;t help much. I had to prove I had never received the first one?!?! Contact Carphone Warehouse immediately and tell them that you have not received the phone. I%26#39;m very surprised that they only sent it recorded delivery and not via courier.
Strictly, it would depend on your contract with Carphone Warehouse as to whether you are liable for the loss. However, Carphone Warehouse are a reputable company so irrespective of the contract they may be able to assist you.
You may also have to put in a claim with Royal Mail.
If you cannot get satisfaction, try your local Citizens Advice Bureau My phones have all been delivered by special next day delivery ive never heard of them being delivered by Royal Mail from The Carphone Warehouse.Please ring them immediately explain your situation making sure you get the name of whoever you speak to and make a note of the time and date you ring it could be an oversight and one hasn%26#39;t been ordered for you.Good luck anyway.
