It is a good phone, but the battery does not last to long if you are in to games and stuff. how much are they asking that should be the ultimate decision. no. it isnt as good as the new model. and u cant use it as a mp3 player i like my razr v3r which is just like it and i love it and had no problems with it hey if thats what u want then get it... i have a razr and i have never had any problems and it has been almost been 2yrs.. but the phones are not for everyone and they are very fragile so u have to be careful woth them if u want thme to operate like a new phone for a long time
