i got my razor back in 06 and havent had any problems until my screen started to mess up. now when i turn on my phone the screen is white and sometimes it will come back and i have no water damage to the phone the phone has been dropped 3 times but it never really effected the phone and this has happened to me b4 but last time my screen was spilt in half and was different colors... any one have advice or know what to do?

This happened to me too. I took the battery out %26 when I put it back in it came on normally. I don%26#39;t know if it was a software glitch or if it will mess up again. You could try it %26 see if that helps. call the phone places and see if it is still under a warranty and thy will send you a new one for free this happened to my phone too. the screen split and it was white a purple.
you have to get a new one. As a previous tech for verizon I can assure you this is a known issue with the razor. It is not something software will correct. If you are within your 1 yr warranty and have no liq damage they can offer a free warranty replacement. if you are outside of your year and have no liq damage a 50 dollar fru(field replacement unit) should be offered to you. It is the same model of phone just refurbished.
