I%26#39;m going to be traveling soon, but my phone got deactivated while I switch services. Hence, to keep some kind of contact, I need a prepaid phone.
I only need maybe 100 minutes (its just to set up meetings) and it needs vibrate functions, as well as ringing. It does not need ringtones.
Basically, I%26#39;m looking for a phone that works in the US and Canada, can have as few minutes as possible (100 is nice though), and is extremely inexpensive. Anyone know of something like this?
Answers:
According to the coverage map of T-mobile prepaid service, it shows parts of canada too. It appears there is a .49 cent roaming charge along with international call fee. Try virgin mobile...I had tracfone and I was on my way to canada...the second I hit the border I lost all signals...you would have to change the zip code you had programed into your tracfone...good luck
