they dont really go by minutes..atleast virgin mobile doesnt. because..basically with virgin mobie you have a plan..like 10 cents a minute..or 50 a month or whatever..(go to virginmobileusa.com to look at all the plans..) so lets say your paying 60 dollars a month for unlimited talking..you put 60 dollars in your account..with a top up card, or using your debit card on the website...and then it takes that money out, and that would go for your unlimited texting plan..get it?
its just like any other phone plan basically..except instead of paying a bill each month, you top up with a phone card or credit/debit each month.
