i have a cingular cell phone and when someone calls me i can hear them talk,but they cant hear me talk...i tried taking it off mute and that was not the issue... if anyone knows what the problem is i would appreciate your advice, any advice that fixes my phone will be my best answer!!! thanx!

i have cincular 2 , take it into a pro. hopefully they wont have to take out ur sims card!! Your best option would be to take it to an ATT store where repairs are done. Talk to the tech geek if you can. Could be a bad phone. If under warranty, they can get you going with a loaner phone right away...
Could also try tech support from a land line at 866-cingular .
