Prepaid Phone help?

I want to get a Motorola C168i GoPhone from At%26t for somebody, but I want to know if I%26#39;ll have to pay any activation fees, extra charges, etc. (I%26#39;m not familiar with prepaid/pay as you go). Any help would be great

You don%26#39;t have to pay any activation fee or other charges. I have a Nokia 6030 GoPhone. I don%26#39;t like so much. Its too expensive to download games.Media Net for the GoPhone takes up alot of your money unless you have a data plan. Minutes for the GoPhone (depending on plan) cost about $0.25 a minute which is too much for me. I would suggest getting a prepaid account for T-Mobile. u dont have to pay activation fees,or extra charges
