Ringtone downloading?

my phone doesn%26#39;t have texting or internet so how do i use bluetooth to get one or get the ringtone from the compuetr to my phone by downloading it

To do that. u need to buy a bluetooth usb for your computer $40 at BestBuy.

and once u install it u can basically send anything from your computer to your cell phone. Beats me, I have the same problem... If your phone doesn%26#39;t have Internet access on it than you can%26#39;t download anything on it. BLUETOOTH USB. U CAN GET ONE FROM CELLPHONESHOP.NET REALLY CHEAP.
