Reinstall motorola Razr V3m?

My motorola Razr V3m Which i%26#39;ve had for the last 8 months has recently stopped working...

I%26#39;ve Tried taking out the battery, Restarting it, and I%26#39;ve looked through the manual but if its there i must have missed it..

The problem is It won%26#39;t turn on, when it does go on the only thing visible on the screen is The Motorola logo and words at the bottom "Bootloader USB INIT"

Now if there%26#39;s some Restart Function which im missing or You can give me a link with Information on how to reinstall the phone it%26#39;d be great

I Don%26#39;t have any box or anything in which i can return it so if theres nothing i cna do to fix it im screwed lol..

well u only had it 8 months so its still under warranty take it back 2 ya service provider asap.
