Does anyone know how I can send ring tones to my cell phone? I also want some new wallpaper for it... Could someone give me step by step instructions? I prefer it from a free site that I could make my own on because I have specific parts of songs that I want as a ring tone and pictures. Oh and I was told that I don%26#39;t have internet access on my phone? Is this true? Could anyone help me please?
