It depends on the type of phone that you have. I%26#39;m pretty sure you can make tone%26#39;s using Nokia%26#39;s PC Suite which you can download from the Nokia site or download.com or CNET. I have a Motorolla (or however you spell it..lol) and I can make my own with any mp3, midi or wav. I love it, that way I can have whatever I like without having to fork out for it.
If none of that is any help you could try googling free ringtones.
