I have the silver and black razr. For some reason, whenever soebody calls me, my ringtone goes off, but when i open the phone, its my main screen right there. And the ringtone keeps going off until the person hangs up. So i cant really receive calls on my phone. Also whenever i receive a text message, it doesnt pop up saying view now or view later. Just the little envelope symbol at the bottom of the screen appears. Is there any way to fix this.

go to menu--settings--in call set up--answer options--open to answer--select on.
The phone should answer when you open the flip. if not press the green button to answer.
